An unfit home

What quote am I vibing? "The earth is fast becoming an unfit home for its noblest inhabitant, and another era of equal human crime and human improvidence, and of like duration with that through which traces of that crime and that improvidence extend, would reduce it to such a condition of impoverished productiveness of shattered surface, of climatic excess, as to threaten the depravation, barbarism, and perhaps even extinction of the species." George Perkins Marsh, 1864

Pounds of Trash Removed from the Wild These Past Two Weeks / All Time: 45 / 135

This is just a quick blog post to document the last two weeks of trash pickup, including my birthday group trash pickup!

45 pounds of trash in the last 6 hauls - cans, bottles, syringes, hangers, styrofoam, cigarettes, car parts, straws, diapers, lighters, glass, and more.

Saving our comfortable home on the Earth starts with loving the Earth. And it is so beautiful!
