Life continues to be free and easy on my Outer Banks vacation. This morning, I spent time with the Frey family at the beach - including my adorable little friend Eli, who very much believes himself to be a sea turtle.

It's running in the morning. Sand. Sun. Salad. All the things in life that are good.

I also got a good chunk of my project done, and I'm on track to finish by tomorrow. That will be a weight off my shoulders!

Summer is now. Give yourselves a minute. Give me a minute. Tomorrow is my last beach day!

Eli is non-stop. I occasionally get up to check in.

Oh, if only Katie could follow me around forever with her Portrait Mode!
